Shipping Policy

 

At Airgun Titans, we are committed to delivering your purchase as quickly and affordably as possible. We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs.

 

  1. Shipping Area: We ship to all 50 states within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that not all delivery methods are available to all areas.

  2. Shipping Times: Our team works diligently to get your order processed and shipped out. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

 

Return Policy

 

At Airgun Titans, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly!

 

  1. Return Eligibility: We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

  3. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
